Meridian ran its records platform on hardware approaching end of life, with backups that had never been fully restored in a test. Every audit raised the same findings, and the clinical team could not access records reliably from satellite sites.
Migrate in slices, prove each one
We moved records by clinic in controlled batches, verifying every batch against the source before cutover. Encryption, access logging and retention policies were built into the platform rather than bolted on, so the audit trail existed before the first record moved.
