Five sentences I hear every single week

If any of these is yours, you are exactly who the session is built for.

You're not behind. You're early.
That's a much better position to be in.
01 Everyone says I need AI, but nobody explains where to start
02 I tried ChatGPT once and the answer was average, so I stopped
03 Every week there's another tool, another model, another update
04 I don't know what's actually safe to upload
05 I feel like I might already be falling behind

Who's running it

I'm not an AI expert. I run businesses.

I'm Anit Patel, a small business coach and AI strategist, and the bloke who had to work out where this stuff actually saves you time and money.

Five years at McKinsey & Company as an engagement lead and executive coach, a year coaching executives at Commonwealth Bank, and an ICF certification. That's the credentialled half, and it's the half that matters least tonight.

The half that matters: I run four Australian businesses, and every one of them has too much admin, not enough hours, and no budget for another person. For two years I've been testing AI inside them. This session is what survived, and I'll show you the failures too.

NN Nurse Next DoorHome care. Rostered, regulated, compliance-heavy.
LS LS HomesConstruction. Quotes, subbies, variations.
AX AscentixIT and marketing. Websites, branding, growth.
RB Red Bridge CaféHospitality. Rosters, suppliers, thin margins.

What we do on the night

Six areas of your business. A live demo in every one.

Every small business has the same six areas, and nobody is good at all of them. You'll score yours during the session, circle the two costing you the most, and watch AI work in all six before you decide anything.

Make better decisions
Strategy & Mindset

Planning, competitor reads, pressure-testing the decisions you make at 11pm on your own.

Live demoThe 90-day plan you've never written down.

Then a seventh demonstration: I break it on purpose.

One Australian rule it gets confidently, fluently, completely wrong, so you know exactly where the line is. Nobody selling you an AI course shows you this bit.

What you get live

Four things you'll leave with, plus your questions answered

Then live Q&A for as long as there are questions. Most people say that part was worth the ninety minutes on its own.

01
Understand AI

What it is, what it is not, and the only six words of jargon that matter, in plain English, in about ten minutes.

02
Choose the right tools

What to use, what to pay, what to ignore, and the five rules that keep you out of trouble under Australian law.

03
Find your opportunity

Score your six areas, circle the two costing you most, and watch a live demonstration in every single one.

04
Leave with a plan

One task, one tool, one week, written down before you close the tab. Not a reading list.

Straight about it

What's in, what isn't, and who it's for

What's included
Ninety minutes live with me, not a pre-recorded video
Seven live demonstrations, run in front of you on real businesses
The four-part prompt structure that fixes ninety per cent of bad answers
The five Australian compliance rules, privacy, ACL, and what never goes in a free tool
What the tools actually cost in Australian dollars, and which one to start on
The workbook: prompts, the six-area scorecard and your one-page plan
×What isn't
No recording and no replay. If you miss it, you've missed it
No software to buy and no card needed, the demos run on free accounts
No coding, no APIs, no automations you'd need a developer for
Not tax, legal or financial advice, and I'll say so out loud when we get near it
Not done-for-you. I show you how; the doing is yours
Not ninety minutes of pitching. One offer near the end, flagged before I make it, about three minutes, and ignoring it costs you nothing
This is for you if
You own or run a business, trade, café, clinic, salon, shop, agency, allied health, professional services
You're on your own, or you've got fifty staff. Both work; the examples span both
You've never opened an AI tool, or you use one daily and keep getting average answers
You can make a decision about your own business without asking a committee
You'd rather see something work than read about it
You'll be at a keyboard, able to try things as we go
×This isn't for you if
You're a student, or researching AI for a course. Nothing here is theory
You're building an AI consulting or agency offer and want the material for it
You want a prompt pack emailed to you without turning up
You want someone to build it all for you. That's a different conversation
You're after tax, legal or financial advice
You only want the recording to watch at 1.5× next Tuesday. There isn't one

Come and watch it work

One session, live, with the chat open the whole way through. Put your business in the chat and I'll run the prompt on it in front of everyone. A recording can't do that, so I don't make one.

Ninety minutes live, not a pre-recorded video

Still deciding

Questions, answered straight

Anything else, put it in the chat on the night. No question is too basic.

Is it really free?+

Yes. Free to attend, no card, nothing to buy on the night. Near the end I spend about three minutes on how I can help further. I flag it before I make it, and you're completely free to ignore it.

Will there be a recording or a replay?+

No. Not a scarcity tactic, the session is built around taking real businesses out of the chat and running prompts on them live. That doesn't exist as a video. If you can't be there, register for the next date instead.

Do I need to be technical?+

No. If you can write an email and use a browser, you're over the bar. You don't need to become technical, you need to become practical.

Do I have to pay for an AI tool first?+

No. Most of the demonstrations run on a free account, and I'll tell you honestly when a paid tier is worth it and when it isn't, in Australian dollars.

Is this relevant to my industry?+

Almost certainly. The demos come from home care, construction, hospitality and marketing, but the six areas are the same whether you run a physio practice, a bakery or a plumbing business. Put your industry in the chat and I'll run one on it live.

Is my business too small for this?+

If it's just you, this is arguably more useful, not less, you're the one with no admin support. Sole traders and businesses with fifty staff both get value.

What about my client data, is any of this safe?+

A whole section is about exactly that: what never goes into a free tool, why free and paid tiers differ legally, and the check that keeps you on the right side of the privacy regulator and Australian Consumer Law.

What do I need in front of me?+

A laptop or tablet if you can, you'll get more out of it by trying things as we go. Phone is fine if that's what you've got. The workbook is emailed to you before we start.

You can't act on something you've never seen work.

Ninety minutes, live, free. Bring one job you're sick of doing and we'll fix it on the call. Thursday 9 October 2026 · 7:00pm – 8:30pm AEDT.
