The day

Most AI advice is written for companies that are not yours

The demos assume a data team, a budget and a year of runway. In a business of five to fifty people the question is narrower: which two hours of this week can come off the calendar, and what is it safe to hand over.

This seminar works through that question with the numbers from real engagements, quotes, support replies, reporting, onboarding, chasing invoices. Some of it works well. Some of it we tried and stopped, and we will show you which.

You spend the last session applying it to your own business with a coach at the table, and leave with a written plan rather than a folder of notes.

What you take away

Four things in hand by 16:30, all of them specific to your business.

01
A shortlist

Three to five tasks in your business where AI is worth the effort, ranked by hours returned.

02
Real numbers

What each change cost to set up and what it saved, from engagements we ran ourselves.

03
Guardrails

What to keep away from customer data, and the review steps that keep output usable.

04
A written plan

Your first 30 days on one page, drafted in the afternoon session with a coach at the table.

What attendees will learn

Four sessions, each ending in a decision rather than a summary.
